BPO SKILLS ACADEMY
PEGASOURCE works hand-in-hand with BPO SKILLS ACADEMY (BSA), who runs job creation programmes in the form of funded learnerships and internships. Working with BSA, we have succeeded in creating an incubation hub in the execution of Impact Sourcing, where we train, coach, mentor and HOLISTICALLY upskill unemployed and unemployable youth, to obtain contact centre skills and employment experience, getting them ready for their NEXT work place environment.
Our focus is to deliver a profound developmental impact on young people with real and gainful job opportunities.
